Upon your request, we can send technicians to install your machine at your factory. All our after sale technician members are ready for international traveling to your factory.

We will analysis your trouble and guide you online by video or photo. If necessary, we will send technicians to you to solve the trouble.

Fast Delivery

According to the quantity of your machine orders, the delivery time of our circular knitting machines will be about 35 days after receipt of the deposit of Letter of Credit. The delivery of our machine parts within 3 days if we have the inventory.

Training

Welcome to our factory for training of your technicians and workers. If necessary, we will send our technicians to your factory for training.

One Year Warranty

We provide one year warranty for the major parts of our knitting machines. We will replace or repair the damaged or defected parts at our own cost.

Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are professional manufacturer for circular knitting machines, with large land workshop for parts and machine making. Our Output for large diameter circular knitting machines more than 1000 sets.

Q: Will your machine be tested and adjusted before the machine delivery ?

A: Yes, we will test the machine according to your requirement. Welcome to provide fabric sample or technical data for machine test running.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: We control every steps from the parts manufacturing & selection and designing, to the machine assembling, machine test running, packing and loading.

Q: How long Warranty do you provide?

A: For tubular Machines, 2 machines loaded in 1x20GP container and 5 machines loaded in 1x40HC container, standard knitting machine package dimension: 240x225x225cm

B: For open Width circular knitting machines, 3 machines in 1x40HC container, standard machine package dimension: 360x225x225cm
